About Bonnie

I’ve had a passion for selling my entire life. I started my sales career selling Del Monte Foods to grocery stores in Los Angeles after finishing college at San Jose State University. After just 15 months, I won all the sales records. Tired of driving a station wagon filled with canned goods, I jumped into the exciting world of Telecommunications where I consistently overachieved my quotas and was promoted to global leadership roles. 

 

However, throughout my career I was disappointed at the quality of sales training offered and delivered by my employers. The material was often outdated, and the majority of trainers delivering the material didn’t have any sales experience.  

 

So I would take the initiative to attend third-party personal development training courses. Seeing the ineffective sales training delivered without field experience and relevant stories sparked my passion for sharing my experiences and proven sales techniques. 

 

After the birth of my son Peter, I decided to change careers and start my own business providing sales training that would hit the mark. I was so passionate about creating the most impactful programs that I returned to school to earn my Master's in Adult Education.  

 

For the last three decades, I’ve designed and delivered engaging training worldwide for Fortune 50 companies such as Dell Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, and Salesforce Inc. 

 

My training courses are designed for maximum adult learning. I draw from over 40 years of real-world sales and training experience using cutting-edge research on adult learning techniques. 

 

I love teaching and coaching and making learning fun. My nickname is “The Energizer Bonnie” because of my high energy and enthusiasm. I have a firm belief that every learner can succeed. My mantra is “Embrace learning to be the best you can be”.
